I put on a shirt for Webex meetings. Below, I keep my pajamas or then sweatpants :-)

This has been working great since March 2020. If I want to reach the colleagues, I reach them. I am also normally reachable via Teams or phone. At home, there is more peace and saving two hours of commuting per day greatly increases the quality of life. I am for 60:40 HO - office after Corona. Getting out once in a while is also quite nice...

How did you decide?
