Having almost no choice and yet being picky does not make the matter (for you) any easier. From your last posts, I infer a clear tendency towards "semi-detached house (130 sqm) in southern Bavaria". ;)

I agree with my two predecessors. If the 8.5km and nearly €300,000 extra are worth it to you, then don’t complain.

I just looked at the semi-detached house in Geretsried. If I liked semi-detached houses, I could really like this one. Nice layout.

One of the important reasons for the desire to move is that the schools in our neighborhood do not have a good reputation. And that unfortunately also applies to [Geretsried]. And since we are already spending so much money/lifetime working hours, this is one of the few points where I do not want to make compromises.
