.. quite simple, the kitchen planning is done with the Alnoplaner and the floor plan adjustment with Corel Draw. It has a dimensioning feature, so I always scale the JPG of a floor plan drawing in such a way that I can measure well. Then areas are simply overlaid in white, wall sections are cut out and placed elsewhere, and so on.

And, when I plan a house completely from scratch, I use Virtual Architecture Professional, about 6 to 8 years old, it was bought by someone. The furniture is not that modern there, but it doesn't matter, it's about floor plan planning.

But that already has a bit of a living-machine vibe

Simply straight on from the south, or if you want, also with a bend.

I still don’t quite get the comment about the turning circle, in the plan it looks like A4 cabrios or the like, so rather nothing three-axled

Good morning everyone,

I went to the planner with exactly that picture and we are doing it exactly like that now. The only thing that still worries him a bit is the hipped roof over the extension/garage, but that should work like that. However, we have now also placed the door for the workshop room on the driveway side. The driveway will be 7.5 m long and we will probably go even a bit deeper into the terrain so that it will be more or less straight.

I have prepared something in a bit of a rough-and-ready style: The easiest would be to extend one side of the main house's hip roof over the garage (upper illustration). However, the rooms on the upper floor would then not be able to have facade windows on the left side of the plan. So, step two: this roof side makes a step at the eaves height of the main house and then continues—considered individually almost like a shed roof section—so that in the "setting step" of this jump the windows of the upper floor can be placed. That should work, provided that on this side of the house one foregoes floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floor.

I think this will be great. Will we get pictures later in the house pictures thread?

Sorrry, I didn't get that now? I don't understand anyway why you can't just make 2 hip roofs like before, the ridge should just be pushed back a bit. Next year then
