Without scrolling through the entire thread history now, I assume, as the lawyers say, that "the basis of the contract has collapsed" for all discussion points that refer to the cardinal directions. Just because you mirror a floor plan doesn't mean the sun suddenly rises in the west. And if it therefore proves not so clever to mirror 1:1, starting over again to check the positions of the downpipes begins for the newly arranged rooms...
