Nonsense, the sun sets much earlier for me and also rises later again. Wall boxes are indeed used at night, but it’s clear that the battery isn’t enough for that ;) So rather 13-14 hours without sun.

But if you tell me where I can get sun at 9:59 PM, I would be really grateful :p

In December, the outdoor sauna with a 9kW stove is added for me ;-) The battery is also too small for that :rolleyes:

I didn't pay attention now... do you have a heat pump? Because then there’s simply almost nothing left over. In December, almost 100% is consumed directly.

That will often be the case with the small system. I have a brine-water heat pump.
Today it was just under 16 kWh, but it was also relatively sunny today.
In addition, I also refuel my car with self-generated electricity whenever possible.
So in winter, I have nothing left. Yesterday it was only 11 kWh and the day before yesterday even only 1.95 kWh :rolleyes:

How many cycles do you manage per year?

So today I also produced 26.7kwh and my storage was just full. Currently, it is discharging again and is still at 86%. Although it will not be enough for the whole night thanks to the heat pump, I have already saved 10kwh of grid consumption.

For the year 2022, I have drawn 2085kwh from the storage so far. At 40 cents/kwh, that would be a saving of €646.35 ([9Cent Einspeisevergütung] already deducted).
