So a subsidy is only available if you build with storage. Without storage, you have to compare the conditions, I believe for a fixed 10 years they are around 1.25%, so not really lucrative.
Somewhere I once read as a restriction up to a maximum of 2 residential units, but I can't find the passage right now, maybe it was another program.

We have a system with 5.36 kWp almost perfect south orientation (gable roof) and had yesterday a (for early March super great) production of

29.12 kWh.

Is your dishwasher programmable?
I start the cleared dishwasher in the morning (around 6:30 am) and then set a delayed start of 3 hours (in summer) or 6 hours. I try to get my wife to do something similar with the washing machine – with modest success. She washes and dries whenever she feels like it.
But with such small things you can still steer consumption a bit.
Do you have the possibility to program the heat pump so that it starts heating/hot water preparation, e.g., at 10:00 and 14:00 and turns down in the evening hours? No idea if this is possible.
