It depends on where the electricity prices will go. In the end, it’s all speculation. I would do it. :p

I think I wouldn't have made an offer but only because 2023 is more than 6 months away... as a bidder that would be too long for me unless I can secure all the modules etc at a fixed price

Maybe ask again when the house is finished?

Calculate what the electricity price would have to rise to.

I find the company of the specialized forum dreadful. I inquired there over a year ago. A very good offer did come in. But that was it regarding communication. There was zero response to follow-up inquiries. And when appointments were made, they were not kept.

Ask . If you don’t live too far away, he might be able to make you an offer.

Get more - nationwide - offers.
Also on classified ads.

We are now building one too. Originally planned with 17 kWp. Through the special forum, we were convinced to fully utilize everything and even shorten and cover the wastewater vent.

Purchased are now 37.4 kWp for ~1,150 EUR net/kWp all in.

Comparing definitely pays off. The regional providers reacted to us the same way they did to you: "Closed due to wealth," "In 2024 we can provide a consultation," No response.
