can't something like this be programmed so that the surplus is simply not fed in? It should only supply the heat pump. But doesn't anyone (supplier) notice that the starting reading is higher than the final reading?!
It can be programmed, but the corresponding modules (e.g., Home Manager) must also be available for this. But if the meters are present anyway, why give up the feed-in tariff?
There is no compensation anyway when connected to the construction power. A setup meter is installed there, which usually has a backflow preventer. If not, as mentioned, it is "actually" not permitted. If photovoltaic power is available, the meter simply does not run.
