Photovoltaic system: Costs, saving potential? - Experiences?

The electrician has to make a completion report. That counts. The reason it is not yet operational was due to delays with the supplier, and we will only receive the meter on Monday. Finally away from construction power. Then the large network will also go into operation. It was also registered that way in the market master data register.

How does that fit with the above? How can an electrician make such a report during shell construction?

For systems commissioned in May, there is 9.30 Ct/kWh.

In Bavaria, the system was installed at our place on 15.01. The house connection came on 15.02. and on 22.02. the meter was installed. Sometime at the end of April, N-ergie then carried out an informal acceptance of the system. Commissioning date 15.01. in all documents.

Has not been a shell for a long time. The utility company says it has nothing to do with the meter. The electrician claims the opposite. I actually see it that way too. But it seems to be common practice. In the market master data register, I still have the system+storage "in planning". I will switch next week.

A meter does not have to be present for commissioning, but how does commissioning (=power delivery to consumers / "bulb test") work without a house connection? That only works with emergency power systems.

We had commissioning in April (28.35 kWp), but have not yet received any payment.
