We always set a €2,000 rate for the 'old' requests... In that respect, €1,800 now surprises me...

We were there already a few months ago. Similar to the Sparkasse, the conditions were terrible. 1.7% and worse. I wouldn’t ask again...

Also at the Gestalterbank? That is a nationwide Volksbank from Ortenau which financed my project significantly cheaper than 1.7%. Higher loan volume with considerably worse income. However, additional security. Where are you building/want to build?

€2,000 installment was always the target with A-Da. The €2,239 installment is the minimum that would have to be paid with this building savings construction.
