There is not much to understand. Others have different details and prerequisites and simply fit better or worse into the providers' strategies or commission regulations. We also borrowed cheap money. With the broker, I got a live insight into the commissions and comparison tables. We played around with the parameters together and looked at the bid changes. Two comparable providers remained, I chose the one with the better commission for the broker. It was quickly done over a nice coffee.

There are different sales channels, which are usually managed independently in separate departments. Therefore, not everyone accesses the same conditions or is granted the same scope of action. It’s like with insurance companies; you can often conclude a contract through an agency (first sales channel), through a broker (second sales channel), through a bank (third sales channel), or via the internet. But don’t think that you will always get the same conditions with identical contract components.
