With rock face and historic demolition, a building plot is somewhat born architect-required ;-)

Who asked for it and for what reason?

The highest praise from my grandma when it came to trustworthy brands was "that was already a good company before the war" :-)

No, it is not. Most had a simple solution
Demolition of our beer
Retaining wall and house in front with 1 m distance
We had built with GU.
Albert Haus, Brandl, Erhard have no problems with plots like ours.
Quality with full flexibility can be provided by smaller GUs. Large ones have and need a different operational structure

Call sales consultant: Individual planning is no problem. They are now calculating "my" floor plan, possibly a thicker ceiling will be needed, etc., including necessary corrections to the stairs, and will then provide notes and tips... Preparing the offer will take some time, but basically it is feasible.

I will report what comes...

Oh looky here, yesterday Viebrockhaus, today Weberhaus. Out of openness towards the construction methods or out of uncertainty about the "marriage"?

No, simply because I want to compare and a non-binding consultation cannot be wrong. I am open regarding the construction method because I don't have a comparison. It might become clearer after the appointment... So no, no uncertainty. I also want to talk to others...
