New BAFA funding from 01.01.2020.
Controlled residential ventilation has been added in recent weeks.
35% of a maximum of 50k € gross.

Basically, I agree. But controlled residential ventilation is, in principle, a very "simple" matter. What is there really to regulate? I understand the bypass when heating, but why should I generally use the bypass when I have to heat? I would only do that in summer, when outside temperaturesetpoint temperature.

What are the two systems supposed to do anyway, besides pinging each other?

Yes, it pays off financially, but technically? My general contractor still wants to give me a combined system with heat pump+controlled residential ventilation.

But it doesn't have to remain dumb. Or rather, it usually isn't dumb. It's just not always documented what else the system can do besides moving air.

Are you familiar with automatic climate control in cars in winter? It's basically the same principle.

Yes, some put together a device from this and then consider it the ultimate solution.

I can't tell you. But we will also not claim BAFA in connection with controlled residential ventilation. We will try to integrate as much KNX as possible. We would have taken the controlled residential ventilation anyway. Even without BAFA. In general, we are taking the brine heat pump, the controlled residential ventilation, and KNX even if BAFA weren't available. That is just a bonus for us.

I slowly feel like I live in the Dummsdorf region when it comes to this topic. I have now spoken with 5 installation companies in the region and with a sales manager from Helios. No one seems to be familiar with the BAFA funding issue...... one even wanted to explain to me that the funding only exists for the renovation of old buildings.

I wonder how this topic can be so irrelevant when it involves several thousand euros because of the funding?!

That is really weak

We were separately at 2 heating & ventilation companies and they knew the topic very well. The whole thing will be outsourced anyway, because the construction companies here behave extremely stupidly and have absolutely no interest in the whole thing
