KfW 55 - Ventilation system yes/no? - Experiences

Really, is that so?
Strange that the KfW approved me a KfW55 house without a ventilation system. I must have been lucky.

No! There are no lines, only pipes, which do not require maintenance. Space requirement: can hang under the ceiling. You mentioned the rest yourself.

So I’m constantly fiddling with my controlled residential ventilation system via app, why shouldn’t you? That’s what it’s for...

Feeling the need for better air: manually set to level 2, I’m feeling a draft on the sofa today: set to absent

I love that thing...

My opinion is that if there is a desire for better air, or there is a draft, the system is set up and/or installed incorrectly.

Hmm, I agree with Lumpi, if you have to constantly adjust something then the system isn’t running properly or you just enjoy pressing buttons in apps. I can control not only the controlled residential ventilation but the whole house online, though I do that rather rarely. Everything runs on its own including the controlled residential ventilation, which regulates itself automatically.
