Thanks :)

As already mentioned, we completely renovated the interior of the house after taking over a year ago and put our own taste into it. On the ground floor, very high-quality interior doors have already been installed - so my nephew, a carpenter, told me. They even have - which we initially didn’t notice - a latch that closes magnetically when the door is shut and are s... uh ... very heavy. So there is no resistance when closing the door caused by the latch. These doors also have these handles. They are indeed very flat and only protrude slightly (maybe two or three millimeters), so they are not completely flush with the door surface. However, this could possibly also be done by a carpenter. During the renovation, we gave the floors a uniform look. Previously there were - on the upper floor - for us - ugly pine doors that I once had in a rental apartment. So, carpenter called, white doors ordered and the fittings from the ground floor ordered as well. The doors arrived after 6 weeks and were installed. Unfortunately, in the wrong shade of white. Called the carpenter again, he said "I’m really sorry now, but unfortunately there’s nothing we can do." A few days later, the carpenter called and said he was almost sleepless the last few nights because of the doors. Since customer satisfaction is important to him, he offered to remove the doors and repaint them (RAL 9016). So, the doors (4 pieces) including frames were removed again (thankfully still possible), taken to the carpentry for repainting, and reinstalled a few days later. We waited at least 3 months for the fittings. If I remember correctly, they are from Hoppe (about 40 euros each - depending on where you buy them). However, on the upper floor they are not magnetic but have a classic latch. I don’t know who makes the doors right now, but they cost about 600€ each without installation. They come in different designs. We chose a vertical groove.

The sign was firmly nailed by the big lady with thin nails (fortunately not into the door)! :) It was supposed to be on the door first and not above it. Then slightly glued.

Here are pictures of the other doors. They are noticeably higher quality and "voll fett," meaning thick :)

For those, the hinges alone cost almost 100€ each (Simonswerk TECTUS TE 540 3D), as I found out.

Three other doors on the ground floor (kitchen, living room, and "Mehrzweckzimmer") have frosted glass in the squares with a clear glass border. A miracle that everything stayed intact during the renovation, since all the doors on the ground floor were removed and at some point stored in the garage.

bulthaup b1 kitchen, very chic. The other furniture, is that also bulthaup (b3)? Or from the carpenter? Either way, also super chic.

What is your architect's name, he definitely deserves a lot of compliments!
