The green one is the sampling point in the screed where no underfloor heating loop is located.
And what kind of sample is taken there and how? ;-)

A sample of the screed (about 50 grams) to measure the contained (residual) moisture. Only when dry enough may floor laying work begin. How is it taken? Quite brutal! ;-)
With us, it was red, pulled out after drying to then measure the substrate moisture of the screed in the little hole.
I notice that your floor-to-ceiling windows look quite normal at the bottom after all. What threshold problem did you have there? Not taking into account a missing screed?

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. We assumed that we could step outside "flush with the floor," i.e. without any elevation. We both did not know that "floor-to-ceiling" does not mean "without a threshold." We could have known. ;-)
