That's right. The door is cool, stay calm!

I am indeed a fan of simple white doors, but in your case, I would choose a different floor and rather keep the door (really stylish). I think it doesn’t match either in color or pattern.

With the medium door color, a strong contrast with wood(decors) is, in my opinion, difficult to achieve. I would try to either find an immediately harmonious floor (especially regarding the color warmth) or use other materials.

I find the doors nice, but in my opinion they don’t match the floor. And yes, they clash. As already suggested, I would either take white doors or doors in shades of gray.

Please also consider what else in wood colors will be added. Windows, kitchen, furniture, window sills?? You don’t want to suddenly have 4-5 different wood colors in the room...

I find the second option nicer, both in terms of color contrast and pattern. If the door is already so busy, the floor shouldn't be as well. Or vice versa. Whether one wants a very light or very dark homogeneous floor, however, is up to each individual to decide.

Light/dark, as in the headline, do not clash. That is called contrast. But these two different wood tones and types do not match. There are many beautiful things, and one should coordinate something that looks harmonious. That is what the various designs are for... Now imagine another "decor" as well, e.g. a piece of furniture or kitchen or WWI... I already get eye strain from the two decors placed directly next to each other. By the way, there are also white doors made of wood.
