The "Dreckschleuse" = cloakroom or e.g., utility room used as a passage area so that everything from the hallway/living space remains clean.

For us, it's a kind of walk-in wardrobe between the garage and the house, where you can take off all your dirty clothes and hide them behind a sliding door... Some of my colleagues have this and I'm really enthusiastic about the concept. Guests come in through the front door and can leave their coats in the regular wardrobe, so they don’t even notice the chaos, hehe

I think you can also have it delivered currently. We had about 1 ton of Ikea for 2 kids' room wardrobes and the coat rack lying in the empty study. I don't do the "Click+Collect." (The picture in the attachment shows only a part, many doors and top panels were standing on the wall behind me…)

why do so many houses in Germany look so boring? Gable roof, tent roof, flat roof, no corner, no edge, as long as they are square it's fine.
