Basement or garage, or basement with integrated garage

Better make it dependent on your space program. You see: now comes the idea with the hair salon... why not take that up too – with the hangar much is possible, I wouldn’t even call the cellar a cellar, but rather the basement (but I already said that )

We have Plan A "with basement" and Plan B "without basement".

That's what I mean: if you (simplified) have to put the basement walls into the ground anyway, you're practically only weighing the other half of this effort against a complete alternative B.

How was the decision made? Are there possibly pictures of it? I like the idea of integrating the garage into the basement, it would complement well with a utility room and a technical room in the rest of the basement.

As an alternative, I would consider a garage with a developed upper floor.
