with a wall thickness of 36.5 cm, the house supports the roof, so no additional load-bearing elements are required and you are free to plan the interior spaces.

Hello,

I have now sat down again and placed the house with the short side facing the street in the 15m x 10.2m format. Since there is a street basically to the north and west, in this variant the driveway and access would be from the west. I will redraw it today or tomorrow with dimensions and then adjust the post again, but one can possibly already philosophize about changes and improvements like this. At least everything is now included as we wanted it roughly, open living/dining area in the southeast, bedroom with dressing room in the north, and children's room as a compromise towards the north/west as well as this time a small separate office.

What do you mean by that? The interior walls probably still have to be made all in 17.5, I can’t get around that, otherwise I hadn’t heard of any restrictions with 30cm walls yet. But I will probably increase to 36.5 anyway. We were actually supposed to have another talk about financing on Tuesday with the currently available offer for the house, but unfortunately it’s postponed due to illness. There should still be enough leeway for the thicker exterior walls.

I didn't know that and don't really find it similar, but okay. You can always find some similarities to others.

We have the interior walls at 11.5cm. 17.5 might make sense for some walls but it does not contribute to the statics. I would design the hallway as an L-shaped hallway. The short section with the two doors does not make sense to me. We have the hallway extension simply as a walkway in the living room, which gives the living room more volume. Additionally, you save yourself a door. The bedroom with 10m² would be too small for me, better to forgo the walk-in closet or integrate it into the bedroom. The utility room and the walk-in closet could have larger windows. Next time, measurements would be helpful. Especially start with the bathroom planning in a timely manner. Best regards Mic

We are getting consistently 17.5 cm walls. Exterior walls are also 36.5 cm Poroton. What I would not do is the entrance to the kitchen and living room which are about 2m apart. What you should also consider is the drywall in the bathroom that moves the shower/bathtub and on the other side the toilet further into the interior of the room. The question remains whether there will still be enough space.
