It should be said correctly.

However, the floor plan has been rightly criticized many times… ;)
(And no, it has nothing to do with taste)

Just now. There are many floor plans that the builders have implemented, in which they feel comfortable. Now say that it has nothing to do with taste. But we often disagree anyway. That’s why this will be an endless story

As my teacher always said: You have your opinion and I have the right one :-)

Sorry, that was just a hint, we are not building a garage, at most a carport, but if possible it should then be at the property boundary. Thanks for the link, I'll take a look.

I have already seen your floor plan, you can see it in the respective thread. Provided that is the one that was chosen. I haven't looked through all the pages.

https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/bau-eines-144-qm-bungalows-in-fichtenwalde-naehe-potsdam.39228/ Post: #239 is the current floor plan. The only thing I am changing is the entrance area (in front of the house with the columns), which will be considerably enlarged. This is not open for discussion now, but just as information

While browsing, I found an interesting floor plan and adapted it a bit for us; I find it almost ideal (as a layman) except that the children's room is facing north, which bothers me a bit. It is still drawn with the old tool without dimensions, which is easier to handle (Roomsketcher). If anyone has a good tool for creating floor plans, I would gladly take another one. I will then redraw it in Sweethome3D with dimensions. I just wanted to gather some comments on it first. It would now be almost 14m x 11m.
