: Have we actually ever talked about the "donor" of your initial floor plan (provider / model) name? - so far, I think I only know that you are building it with KB Brandis, but the "idea" came from Poland, not Brandenburg ... : You have varied the initial floor plan of the donor model so freely that I strongly recommend no longer referring to this model in the offer. Better call it "Variant Creation Rampelzampel Approximately One Hundred Thirty" and calculate with the actual dimensions and quantities; rather than calling it "Town & Country Bungalow 131" and then paying surcharges for every "shifted" wall based on its list price. I see this anchoring effect as a risk of making your calculation more expensive.

I have already explained many times how the floor plan came about. But we can gladly talk about it in my thread. However, we shouldn’t clutter this thread with it

Currently the standard is supposed to be kfw70, but I will also inquire about kfw55 again to see if it's worth it or if it still fits within the budget in the end, we'll take it as well. Then the exterior walls would be 42.5 cm without ETICS. Since the plot is only just 21m wide at the front and there must be a 3m distance to the property boundary for the house (garage is allowed up to the boundary), the variant had to be changed, as long as the floor area remains the same, at least the base price does not change for us. Therefore, the standard 16*9.5m has now become 13.5m*11.25m. But yes, you are right, it is definitely a very individual variant. Maybe we'll turn it lengthwise and stick to the standard dimensions; I'll put something together this afternoon and then let you know here.

Our plot is also only 20m wide and 73m long. That's why we also chose a square floor plan. 13.50m x 13.50m. Minus the 12 sqm covered terrace, we come to 138 sqm living area. Walls are 36.5 cm without any insulation. That gets us to KFW 55. However, the floor plan has already been criticized many times, so I won’t post it

Oh, when did we talk about such a thing?

I simply didn’t find it fitting well enough here. The one from was recently shown here:

No problem. Our floor plan covered our wishes. The one from is certainly very suitable for him/her, but not for us. We want a bedroom with a dressing room, no side entrance, etc... But that's not the topic here
