Again without mentioning the original model :-(
I would reconsider whether the short distance from the desk to the bathroom and bed has to be so high on the wish list :)

Unfortunately, there was no exact information about where this is from, Google Image Search just showed it like that, apart from the fact that it is a 111m² bungalow. I always end up on Pinterest and from there on Fertighaus.de. I've attached the original picture here for you.
I hadn't found a better place for the desk at first, and it has to go somewhere :) The door from the children's room to the dressing room can probably be omitted as in the original.

Paper, ruler and pen. Simple and intuitive.

I find the dressing room/office/hallway dark and impractical

For the conference call, all rooms are booked,
sleep (in den Norden) and switch child

Thanks for the hints.

Well, you still have the living area and the guest bathroom usable, the children's room remains untouched at the desk by TelKos.
I also considered swapping that, but then the child would always have to go through the dressing room with friends/visitors.

I'll keep thinking about it, I still have a few weeks :)
But I really like the basic idea since relatively little space is used for just a hallway.

You probably looked too superficially. "Bauen wie wir" is apparently a Luxhaus subsidiary and builds in the Fürth area.
