now I finally have some time again to get in touch here and have feedback from Town & Country. The Bungalow 131 would be the cheapest house of all 3 calculated variants with the same equipment, considering the pure "house price" including the foundation slab (earthworks of course higher with the bungalow). The 128 corner bungalow would cost us almost €25,000 more, the Bodensee 129 is just under €2,000 above the base price of the 131 bungalow. Therefore, we are staying with the Bungalow 131 and are now considering further how the floor plan should be. I have some time again on the weekend to try things out and will then share the latest ideas here.
