The reason my arguments change is simply because I am still in a phase of finding my way ops:.
Since August 2014 you have been posting your problems with the semi-detached house. That in itself is not a problem – that’s what a forum is for, only back then you already realized that you should hire an architect. You probably didn’t commission one? ...!
You apparently have a much more detailed and also different focus on such a design than I do.
Then you should accept the suggestions. Even if I haven’t been dealing with floor plans for years – at the latest after your topic since August 14 I know how to best plan a semi-detached house or what to pay attention to.
If you have a problem implementing 2D to 3D or vice versa, then surely it’s not only me here who wonders why you are drawing something yourself and not finally letting a professional handle it.
That is all done later with the planner.
A planner plans! You have been trying to take that away from him for the last six months.
How should I know how the 1.2 m² are arranged? 1mx1.2m? 2mx0.6m?
1.2 m²
Which 1.2 m²????
Don’t understand why this should now be such back and forth?
There is no back and forth with me...
1m width seems to be a minimum.
For me it was, I believe, 1.20 width! I am really glad that I didn’t spend another whole evening on the measurements.
at 1.2 m²
Which 1.2 m²????
Much more important is the arrangement of the rooms!!!
With a semi-detached house, the sketch is done in one day – mind you: sketch! You waste half a year with the thought of getting soaking wet every day between car and front door. That happened to me exactly twice last year – and I am out every weekday.
In this last half year construction prices have certainly risen by several percent. If you continue like this, you won’t be living in the house in 3 years. (maybe better if some dark holes are not built) Get yourself an architect and trust him, if you can’t trust anyone here in the forum!
Sorry for the sometimes harsh sounding words, tichu – but it has to be said – and they are meant well!
