All right, thanks for your feedback! I am probably a bit "optimistic" here and there, I admit that. But I still believe that the most important points are covered. (Accessibility still needs to be clarified, but that should be feasible). As for the room design, of course one can argue whether the TRK is better placed in the TRH.

I will probably submit the building application at the end of September. Let’s see what they say about it.

As soon as I have the final documents with site plan, drainage planning, land use plan, etc., I can share them again.

Hello,

I wanted to give a status update on the project and ask for feedback regarding one or two things.

The building permit has been approved and we have already started construction; next week the ground floor ceiling will be installed. However, I am not sure about the design of the bathroom.

Attached is the plan from the approval planning. The main bathrooms are currently still not 100% satisfactory.

I would be very happy to receive suggestions and inspirations.

Now most things have already been decided and are probably difficult to change, so criticism is difficult because one definitely does not want to offend you, but unfortunately speed often displaces the necessary imagination. The result so far shows how this apparently unsatisfactory result came about. The best thing is that you draw it out yourself and then push cut-out pieces of paper around in the respective bathroom until you like it; proper planning works the other way around, that's how it is usually done with renovations. Why did you start if you are not at all satisfied with such an important area like the bathrooms? The first thing I see is that the hallway is pitch dark and you stand there in the middle of several doors, so I would keep the passage to the open space completely open or maybe build only half-height walls, because a glass door to the shared stairwell would be rather pointless. Generally, I would rather avoid a bathroom door that opens outwards. For the bathrooms you mean, you should perhaps show individual partial floor plans and ones with actual measurements. The space is limited and then you have to look closely whether something will get stuck somewhere. You first have to write in detail what you want to have in the bathroom, because it is already a bathroom anyway. If it is over 95%, I would leave it as is, or how bad is it currently for you?

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, it was important for me to start construction as soon as the weather allows. I am satisfied with the guest WCs; my concern is the main bathroom on the individual floors. Here is a larger photo of the bathroom from the ground floor. Dimensions are 4.15m * 2.3m. What bothers me is the view into the bathroom. The toilet is directly opposite the door while the bathtub is hidden.

I don't see it that way: You first look at the nice sides of the white appliances (because disproportionately large surfaces), then at the window (because brightness draws the eye), and only then do you notice the toilet, which is even obscured by the corner of the bathtub.

Nothing can be changed about that, because the toilet has to be somewhere. You don't see it behind the door, but that would be nonsense, it's better by the window. I just don't find the overall room layout very exciting, why should someone nibble at the toilet; the room is as it is. By the way, I would never make a toilet door less than 1m either, but I think you have your fixed ideas and that's okay too. You like the other bathroom, the completely dark hallways as well, those are things beyond my imagination. I can't help you with that.
