A question of order, and with 2 people there is the possibility of parallel use.

That is not crazy, just because it’s not perfectly optimized. You live in the apartment and are not organizing an industrial production.

Did you want to rent or buy the apartment?

If the latter is the case, you can still modify the bathrooms accordingly.

The bathrooms in hotels are sometimes also in this size range, but if you equip them well thought out, it’s not a problem.

It gets difficult if all three people have to fit in, but then you have the comfortable situation of having a second one.

For me, that would not be a dealbreaker. After all, you have to consider how much time you spend in the bathroom daily. As long as the functionality is there, you can manage. Other rooms would be much more important to me.

Hello dear ones, thank you very much for your comments. I have to admit, you are all absolutely right. It is a bit of a last-minute panic from us, we can hardly believe that we have finally found an apartment that suits us and are only looking for small details. Thank you very much, the apartment will be it, provided we are selected.

Above the doors, you can easily hang a board from wall to wall for the towels. For example, something can also be done under the washbasin and above the toilet. Overall, don’t just look at the bathrooms, but also in front of them or in the hallway or bedroom to see if you can move the drying or makeup area somewhere else entirely. Removing the door if it is to be rented out is also possible.

In the "large" bathroom, a 30 cm cabinet fits next to the door.

I don't see it as that dramatic. Isn't there the possibility to install wall cabinets? For example, above the sinks and toilets?
