The apartment on the ground floor is barrier-free. One barrier-free apartment is sufficient for a 3-family house.

If I look at the shower WC, it is 173 cm wide in RBM. An 80 cm shower fits next to a toilet.
In a family floor plan, a 3-meter closet should also fit in the bedroom. Could be on the outside wall, which the owner would want to avoid because of mold. And then the bed would have to go under the window.

It is not really well thought out. It seems that the design is initially only there to see whether apartments are suitable and how many square meters can be obtained.

Means: Not effective housing construction! Many square meters for little use: no usable hallway, no built-in closet or niche for coat storage, arbitrary location of wet rooms as well as supply and disposal, too wide living space, missing room, no family-friendliness.

This has to be done somewhere in the lower apartments. You "yourself" haven't thought of any technology at all.
