The district heating distributor can be placed in the technology room and used for all 3 residential units. Thus, in my opinion, no technology room is required on the upper and attic floors.

Thank you for your input, I find your idea regarding the bathroom door in the bedroom interesting. I need to think about that. I like your suggestion regarding the technology room and office. I have included it in my new draft. However, I would probably have to place the washing machines in the guest toilet, which is not ideal because the children's bedrooms are there. Ideally, I would place the washing machines against the wall to the office.

We should agree on a direction if north is not at the top.
Otherwise, it is hard to compare.

I find the open space very nice.
Some things are similar or swapped. The bedroom door should be moved.
Your technology room does not have the necessary 180 x 200, so the design can basically be discarded.
If you want the technology room to be accessible from the outside, then make sure no car will be parked in front and a technician can easily access it.
Your office has barely 170 cm or something similar in width. For the open space that is not so bad now. But furnishing the office can become tight if you want to move your chair.

The wall opening is currently 1m in the current plan; it can certainly be reduced to 90cm and optimized somewhat. The office door already has a 90cm wall opening.
