If it were mine, I would move the terrace to the middle of the property and position the house crosswise (making it somewhat narrow and longer):

We had a different floor plan where the house was positioned like that on the property and the kitchen, dining, and living rooms were all on the south side. We like the other orientation a bit better though. That way, on hot days, you can also retreat to the east side of the terrace.

Clear story height does not make sense. Clear is between two surfaces. Story height is raw floor ground floor to raw floor upper floor.

On the other hand, you write room height, then that is probably OK from slab to bottom of ceiling as I assumed?

2.79 is the clear height from slab to story ceiling. The floor structure on the slab is 21cm, the ceiling is 22cm thick. If the staircase stands on the floor structure and is supposed to end above the ceiling, the following dimension results: 279cm - 21cm + 22cm. This would mean a height of 2.80 to be bridged with the staircase. Or am I mistaken?

However, the 2.79 must then be checked. What exactly does it say there? That sounds like a lot at first. In the end, it is then 2.58 m when the floor is in place.

The reference in the plan is always the top edge of the floor slab and the top edge of the concrete ceiling.

Caution is required during the shell construction and the window sill height.

I like the floor plan. I'm just surprised that no one said anything about the price estimate of 400TE. I don't think that's enough! Not even if the additional construction costs are added.

This was ignored despite your objection. And before castles in the air are discussed here, a brief info about the budget would be important . At 170m2* approx. 2500,- (where is the construction site?) we are talking roughly 425k plus 50-70k additional costs = 475-500k without any upgrades or surprises... plus kitchen etc.... so the 400k estimate is clearly too low, so: is the budget sufficient?
