Looks good. I would probably swap the bathtub and the sink in the bathroom and rotate the bed in the bedroom with the head against the top plan wall. Is there a shower in the guest WC? How big is it?

Sleeping/dressing area not well designed. Space in front of the beds is missing in the dressing area. Window by the bed?

The ground floor with living/eating/kitchen and stairs/hall is way too open for me —> odors/noise ground floor/upper floor

A different perspective on the bathroom: We had the bathroom as planned, with a bathtub at the T and a sink on the wall. The T was only half built up and had glass on top, so the shower and toilet were bright enough. That wouldn’t have worked with a sink and mirror. The window situation was the same for us, there was enough light at the sink. I thought it was perfect that way. Our neighbors had the sink at the T, with the wall built higher because of the mirror, so one corner was always dark.

I would give up the utility room and allocate the space to the bedroom and the bathroom. I would then install the washing machine and dryer in a built-in closet in the bathroom. The utility room is planned so narrow that it is hardly possible to manage with a laundry basket.

True, you are right! I completely overlooked the toilet window because of the déjà vu and memories :)

I have now tried zooming in - but can neither make out the dimensions nor the furnishings - what I interpreted as the utility room on the upper floor is a storage room and it has a sink? And what is that by the window? I would omit this hose room.
