Floor plan for single-family house 164 sqm / 2 full floors optimization

As I said, there have been worse.
Here roughly sketched with some dimensions: Garage 6x8, house 11.50 x 9.50m.

The west sun is just blocked out – actually the most important time of day for most workers. The garage is somehow the central building – too much significance for my taste.

I would make the placement of the house dependent on how the development looks to the south. Possibly even move the house a bit further north.
