I actually find the designs quite good.
I notice that with the utility room of 11 and pantry of over 4 sqm, you already have quite good storage space and workspace. For a great built-in wardrobe, I would reduce the pantry a bit so that you create a separate storage room in the hallway and accommodate the wardrobe there. At least the “thick” seasonal jackets could go there, and a separate closet can then be placed under the stairs.
With 4 people, I would reduce the office downstairs a bit and plan an additional shower in the WC.
I would plan the kitchen island a bit deeper – I don’t think people will actually sit there. High stools aren’t that comfortable.
I would place the lift-and-slide door directly opposite the door to the open plan area. That looks more harmonious. But also install a glass door there, right?
In the kitchen, I would put a patio door instead of a window. Home technology can also handle another window.
Windows with a width of 80 cm are too narrow and small for me; I would go at least to 100 cm. My windows in the attic are 2 meters wide.
Regarding the attic: you had the great idea with the shower, but I found the hallway there quite oppressively small and the rest not well-rounded.
I used your drawing as a template and then went back to the other hallway shape. But I think the best has been made out of both options.
In the bathroom, I gave the washing machine a cabinet; in the bedroom, sliding doors with a depth distance of (here) 120 cm, so you could also store suitcases behind the clothing.
Personally, I would like the house overall well, even though I am not a fan of the staircase and long open plan area.
Please pay attention to the measurements in your furnishing: for example, the washbasin only has a depth of 40, but a large one actually has a depth of 48.x and then another 15 (17) cm of the pre-wall is added. My double washbasin is 160 wide, and the tub is 180 in a 190 niche.
P.s. I would also mirror it, but then the whole house including the carport :)
