You can load any plan as a background image and then trace the walls. Done, the mouse. No.

What kind of windows can you recommend for my attic? 2m bridging windows or floor-to-ceiling windows with laminated safety glass/French balcony?

As much as I like patio doors, I find them lacking on the upper floor: a one-meter-wide patio door on the upper floor lets in light over one meter wide (not considering the frame), but 2 meters high.
With a 2-meter double casement window, it’s the other way around: the light is spread in width. Not only sloping roof areas benefit from the light.
Parapets have advantages in bedrooms: a feeling of protection, a sense of nest, surface for placing things...
I can recommend casement windows with parapets to everyone.

Good evening everyone,

As recommended, I mirrored the house, integrated a shower in the guest bathroom, planned a 1.80m casement window with a parapet in the attic, as well as a roof window above the toilet . Under the stairs there will be a storage room with a door. The sliding door between the hallway and the living/dining area was removed to let in more light.

The exact planning of the rooms and interior walls will be done according to the general contractor in the construction planning, so according to him I shouldn’t get worked up about it. In the kitchen we would like an approx. 3m window strip, so the furniture still needs to be redesigned (this has not yet been done in the attachment). Regarding the wardrobe in the bedroom, I am still discussing it with my wife.

What bothers me a bit is that the guest room is now on the west side by the double carport. What do you think? Do you have any other suggestions or opinions?

P.S.: To the east of us is the property of my parents-in-law. There is a 3m path in between. Better to mirror the house back or leave it as is?

Looks pretty good already! Would additional double casement windows in the upper floor in all rooms maybe make sense, or were they just not drawn in? We also have a kitchen counter like that, but ultimately decided against bar stools because the dining table is right next to it and we didn’t miss them. Otherwise, I think it would be "too much" and too many chairs at once. We have shelves partly with doors facing the dining table, so you can also store something there that you might need more often for eating. Does a 2.79 m² storage room make sense? Your bedroom is quite large, maybe better to take some space from there? We have a 6 m² storage room upstairs and wouldn’t want it smaller, otherwise it’s not very useful...

Probably not on its own, but having a separate vacuum cleaner for the attic instead of lugging the thing upstairs is quite nice.
