Entrance area is absolutely not appealing. Cloakroom behind the door (just barely acceptable...) and stairs right next to the door. Strange passage to the WC under the stairs. 1.2 m wide hallway?

Storage space missing. Ok, attic space for the quarterly/semiannual items, but otherwise? Utility room with 8 sqm is too small for that.

The upstairs has already been "criticized."

hmm ok, I agree with some things but not a few. Often the stairs are right at the entrance. Some are bothered by it, others are not. I think it's a matter of taste. The stairs in the passage to the WC are barely there anymore or already disappear into the upper floor. We’ve also seen that several times, it doesn’t bother us either. Is 1.2 m hallway width too narrow? Storage space is not really visible on the floor plan, that’s right, but as you already said, the attic serves this purpose. Additionally, the office is used as storage since only a desk and a shelf are planned there. One or two cabinets will be placed there for storage. In the utility room, a cabinet for small items will be placed behind the door. Right now, we don’t have more storage options and we manage perfectly :)

Even if one assumes the hypothesis that the assessment that the ground floor is practically "finished" is correct, I strongly advise optimizing the upper floor on its own, i.e. without aiming to keep the ground floor as is. Otherwise, the improvement can degenerate into a hopeless mess. The sleeping floor regularly has the more detailed subdivision of two stories. In practice, this results in the decision that either you plan it first or the attempt to coordinate load-bearing walls and downpipes becomes exhausting or usually causes multiple conflicts. Planning the living and entrance floor first, with a lot of experience, is already a wisely avoided effort and can especially drive laypersons to despair.

Where is right, he is right.

Do you live in a house? Are you already collecting tools and flower pots? And how much sqm of living space do you have decorated?
Needs grow when you give them space.

Suddenly the kid wants to make jam from the strawberries in the garden... I'd like to see the one who moves a box of jars back and forth from the attic. The hallway doesn't exactly offer comfortable space to just leave the stairs standing around.

I already mentioned it: the office is quite small for that. It may all work well on the plan, but you do furnish with more than just the main furniture. We have a 14 sqm office with a 3-meter closet for change jackets, file folders, and hobby stuff, and the room could well be a bit bigger so that you can spread out beside the PC with the sewing machine.
People change over the course of their lives, and by decluttering you create space, but it doesn't become less.

But it's quite impractical. But I also think it's okay. Well, not really.

As a guest, you can apparently see into the toilet when sitting at the dining table.

Yep. Even our terraced house had 1.30... and that's why we now have 1.90... 1.30 was no good, it worked against the feel-good factor.

well, the 1.20 m piece is not 2 m long either.

Yes, but just coming home as a group of three and immediately putting down coats is also not easy. But I would also accept it rather than something else.
