Clear floor plan - I like it. Of course, it’s not a storage miracle, but I’m sure you’re aware of that.

Only regarding the bedroom/walk-in closet, I have some comments. The bedroom is really tight (with a 2m wide bed, you have 65cm of space on each side, which is really not much) and the walk-in closet takes up too much space by comparison. Suggestion: remove the wall between the bedroom and walk-in closet and rotate the bed 90° clockwise against the lower wall of the plan. Then you can put a continuous wardrobe along both the left and right walls. This results in the same wardrobe space and a significantly more spacious room.

I would also be a bit restrained with the corner windows. Yes, in the kitchen, and the floor-to-ceiling corner windows in the dining area as well, but for the rather small house, I find the upper floor corner windows inappropriate. We have placed several windows directly on the side wall in our house. Technically, it’s less complicated and looks more coherent from the outside (at least that’s what I think ;)). Maybe that’s a compromise? Here are interior and exterior views:

This also does not provide a good place for a 2m bed at the bottom of the plan, as it would be quite close to the door with the headboard. If you consider dissolving the wardrobe space, I would rather put wardrobe walls on the right and left, then an 80cm window each at the top of the plan and the bed in between. This also has the advantage that the traffic paths would be right at the door at the bottom of the plan.

I find the walk-in closet extremely inconvenient in such a compact floor plan because it takes up a lot of space but is not comfortable. The child has 3.30 m of closet space and the parents 6.60 m - that's almost 10 meters for clothing. From the stairs, you run straight into the door of the closet. The bedroom is cramped and doesn't even have space for a chair to use as a surface. The walk-in closet doesn't either. For me, that would be too impractical for everyday life.

Well, I could imagine that the idea behind this central closet is to perhaps store bed linen/towels for the whole floor there. Or also special clothing for children, etc.

But that can be solved better than with a centrally located hose that offers no storage space and an inward-opening door in a 95 cm wide corridor. Try bringing a laundry basket in there. And then distribute its contents. Ergonomically, that's not good at all.

Me again. Show us the slope. A plan with section and north arrow is also helpful. Heights within the property?
