What are the cardinal directions? The upper floor could be done with less wasted space (hallway area) if the sides are swapped ... I sketched it out once

I hope you are thinking of the exterior views?

So, after the Germany game it was still a turbulent weekend.

So attached are the views from the outside as well as the layout.

Thanks for the idea, but we are actually satisfied with the floor plan and the space. We'd rather take the bigger bathroom.

We will remove the wall from the dressing room and place a U-shaped closet there. That should open up the bedroom a bit.

We want to move the bathtub and create a niche/shelf for towels etc. there.

The windows at the entrance will still be adjusted. The floor-to-ceiling one next to the front door will be removed, the two from the guest WC and utility room will be elongated but not floor-to-ceiling.

Otherwise, we didn't want to change much about the windows because we like them very much (apparently there are many different opinions here).

My only concern was that we might have forgotten something important or that there are major mistakes (door opens poorly etc.) but apparently it looks quite good.

Taste is just different :D

Wow, the entire southwest side has a tiny window?! Northeast, on the other hand, is covered with corner windows...

Well, if you are happy, have fun with it. In my opinion, with the cardinal directions, the design is P for the storage.

Yes exactly, the garage is on the southwest side. In addition, the neighboring house is 3m away from the garage. That is precisely the "unsightly" side of the house. It is a corner plot, which means no neighbors on the other side. That's why we have so many windows there :)

I am at a loss for words with the North West view.
