Oops…
I would invert the whole house. Mirror it. So that the living areas benefit from brightness and the quality of life improves as a result.
Views are not my thing. But that’s not because of the corner windows; they don’t bother me at all. I was thinking about floor-to-ceiling windows. In that case, corners are fine. Still, the windows themselves don’t feel right to me. The double casement windows don’t match the panoramic windows, in my opinion.
About the floor plan:
Never build without a tub; it’s needed for so many things: hand washing, wool washing, rinsing, kale, medicinal baths, alkaline baths, etc.
I would only make the partition wall in the bedroom/dressing room halfway and leave out the bedroom door from the hallway. The office could use some space from the children’s room due to lack of storage. The children’s room can also make do with 15-16 sqm.
That would somewhat compensate for the lack of storage.
Otherwise, it might work well when mirrored.

Ps

I would rather have the sunny side with neighbors than the north side without :)

Thank you very much. I gladly take all of that on board.

As I wrote, we will not execute the floor-to-ceiling windows that way. Also, by "bathtub" I meant "remove" or position it elsewhere—I expressed myself awkwardly. Everything else I gladly take on board and will discuss it with the general contractor. Thanks!

For me, the floor-to-ceiling windows next to the front door are the ones I a) would keep because b) they make the house interesting. Otherwise, I was talking about the corner windows. The panoramas never fit with the rest. It is a crazy patchwork villa in terms of windows. Overall, it doesn't fit.

Is there a site plan/drawing of the property with the neighborhood?

I also find the floor-to-ceiling windows rather harmonious with minor adjustments. What bothers me most is the large square window above the entrance. It destroys the entire rhythm of the facade and looks like a bomb blast. Since it only illuminates the staircase and the landing, you can surely find more elegant proportions there.
