I have that feeling now too. You can’t compare a house with 140 sqm to one with 160 sqm. We know that it’s certainly not optimal in some places (hallway 1.20), but there is hardly any possibility to cut something off in width anywhere. 140 sqm on two floors is enough for us. However, it is a bit tighter on the ground floor due to the utility room, but we accept that :)

Yes, whoever seeks shall find :) anyway, I have now checked the plans, the hallway is not dimensioned, but if I take the wall and stair measurements, it is approximately 1.40m, so definitely not 1.20m. We now also have 1.40m and it is completely sufficient for us :)
