Well, we, for example, had our kitchen assembled.
But that has nothing to do with Ikea... unfortunately, after some time you can see assembly errors there now.

An example are the finishing strips under the kitchen, which are not in one piece and when you vacuum there they're not particularly stable.
You probably wouldn't even notice that generally, but we have LED light strips with motion sensors attached there and the contacts always come loose because it's not very stable.
Occasionally the soft-close mechanisms (I'll call them that now), meaning the ones that make the doors close slowly and not slam, come off the hinges. The unit, for example, has 2 cover panels (but you can patch those up) because it was assembled by ourselves and there was no standard option like that.

If that is only space next to the wardrobe, that is sufficient. As a hallway width, where everyone walks through and there is a wardrobe on the side, I find that too little. One is just hanging something in the wardrobe, another is kneeling on the floor to take off shoes, and the third wants to pass through but can no longer... I'll make a quick sketch of what I consider an ideal entrance area. Just a moment!

The resolution is also increasing. Actually, the TVs must grow accordingly to keep the viewing distance optimal.

Here: for the ideal entrance area, there is a traffic area where two people can comfortably pass each other and somehow an area that is separate from the traffic area, where the wardrobe, shoe cabinet, and space to put on or take off shoes, jacket, hat, coat are located without being disturbed by those passing by.

Ideally, the entrance leads into the traffic area and the "transition zone" is quiet.

This is not always feasible, but the concept should be kept in mind.

Yes, the wardrobe on our floor plan is a separate room. A 60 cm closet should fit there and there would still be 1 m next to it to move around, hang jackets, put away shoes, etc.
