: Just wanted to point out that there are also cheaper options. Although Berbel certainly makes good devices. I think tube TVs are cool, even though I couldn't live with one myself. I like the approach of not always having to have the newest stuff.

make a meter stick your best friend. Take your bedroom apart. Is the closet enough yes-no. Do you really need xy? Distance bed closet or TV is now x cm. Is it really that good or more or less. What is my minimum. Go through your apartment like this and also with friends, relatives. Wardrobe is really not okay. You can also put it politely. You know we are currently planning, how big is your wardrobe? Go to model homes. Not to desperately find your house, but the wow kitchen, the charming entrance. A feeling for size, space, and effect

Recirculated air or exhaust air is, I believe, among the top ten points of contention when building a house.

Exhaust air requires more planning effort. Especially with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] and wood stoves, etc.
Nevertheless, what is gone is gone.
Yes, you make your house airtight and then drill a hole back in. But sometimes you also open a window, despite [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung].
I once read an approximate calculation of how much energy is lost through exhaust air. I didn’t find it that dramatic and decided in favor of the "comfort gain."
(I’m also not keen on the not exactly cheap filter replacement with recirculated air).

We have the Berbel Skyline. It is height-adjustable. You can move it directly over the pan while frying and then back to the ceiling. It has always really annoyed me when the hood hangs directly in the field of vision or when I bumped my head on it.

By the way, the kitchen in the photo in our current rental apartment is an IKEA kitchen (except for some appliances). I don't think you can tell just by looking at it. So no hard feelings against IKEA. But of course it's true, the kitchen in the house is supposed to be a high-quality one.

That's exactly what I mean! There is also a life without all these must-haves, whose names I often have to google first and still don't understand why that should make my life better. He said as he drank his fragrant coffee at the counter of his chic Ikea kitchen.
