Be careful when you play with floor plans. Use real furniture. The dining areas are dollhouse furniture. The entrance feels cramped, despite the generous space, of the wardrobe.

Methodically less error-prone would be simply to photograph the draft.
Are the measurements those of the original, or did your app just write down on your drawing what measurements your lines would have in reality?

I created all the walls, etc. by hand. The measurements were generated by the app. For the design, to play around with it a bit for myself, it should be more than sufficient.

we have an open space up to the roof, 125m2,
3000kwh heating/hot water per year,
the consumption is as it is,
we don't have a comparison for the upstairs

I think it is wrong to persuade someone to have an open kitchen when they actually want a closed one. Ultimately, it was about the narrow hallway that formed and was not planned away. I would not plan the sleeping area in the north, but in the east. The hallway results from the side entrance away from the living room. Entrance where the kitchen is now. Rotate kitchen, dining, and living room. Office then in the north. Turn the stairs... this optimizes zoning; you also don’t have to constantly pass by the private zone when coming in from outside to the kitchen during the day. Ideally, the children's room would also have a south-facing window. The garage position is probably not optimal on a slope?! There was no site plan here? That would be quite important for house planning including garages on a sloped plot.

P.s. At the moment, you have four! (4) hallways on the ground floor. That would make me think a bit as a "planner" ;)
