As written - the sofa will only ever be able to stand in this one spot. If you don’t have any books or a record collection or want to store hobbies or board games - or art, photos,..., then you can lay out a floor plan like that.

You can also swap the sofa and the TV if you want. This is not a matter of the layout, but rather a matter of taste, the lighting, or the proper planning of the electrical wiring/cabling ;).

Please draw with the correct dining table and chairs. The minimum space requirement from the edge of the table to the wall/kitchen unit is 80 cm. The sofa also looks quite narrow.
On the terrace, the row of garden chairs will no longer fit on the paved area, and the dining area in the house loses all spaciousness.

Push the wall between the stairs and kitchen closer to the kitchen unit so that the walking route in the kitchen forms a corridor to the living area. This way, the kitchen is a bit more closed off, and the stairs get light through the door from the living area.

I think this is somewhat misleading in this 3D view from the app. The distance from the dining table to the left and right is 130 cm each with a table width of 120 cm. The sofa we will take also corresponds to the actual dimensions.

From my point of view, garages can only be located where they are now. Probably not in the southwest, because I don't want any shade provider in front of the house ;). Setting the garages further back doesn't work either, because then I would have to position them lower (I don't want to "go down") and I have/do not need a huge paved courtyard), and raising the ground to bring the garages up to street level is not possible.

If the entrance is moved further to the left, it will come at the expense of the terrace and the front garden.

Then donate the site plan with the contour lines to the whole forum and thread!!! Then we can approach it constructively.
As for the garages: are they supposed to hang in the air? I thought there was a slope?
