O.k

Question:

Now it is only about the large apartment.

Why is it a disaster apart from the small kitchen. (there are ideas.....something like moving towards the parlor and without a door to the courtyard since the terrace won't go there anyway)

blaupuma, please say something about the kitchens that have already been mentioned several times here. Do both apartments really need neither a dishwasher nor a fridge?

Just a suggestion on what needs to be reviewed:

For what purpose? Restriction without real value.

A dirt entrance can, but does not have to, go through the utility room.

If you fix two rooms and two entrances, hardly anything remains variable.

Because you have to walk through the living room every time you go pee at night, for example. Let the kids become teenagers and hang out with their buddies in the evening while you are already in bed. Or do you then want to fall back on the good old chamber pot? Or the lady of the house has a migraine and wants her peace. I always get diarrhea first with migraines and then comes the phase where I kneel in front of the toilet. The last thing I need in that state is to always zigzag around the table through the living area just to finally, finally reach the pot. The kitchen is and remains a disaster.

The bedroom is accessible from the [WZ /EZ] and the mini kitchen makes all other discussions unnecessary.

Just play through your daily routine! You really can't feel comfortable with that, can you?!

The only thing that is not variable are your messed-up ideas of "the main entrance has to be central" and "the entrance is our utility room." Wonderful. "No need for a cloakroom, we have the utility room."

And regarding the plot location: it must be roughly 30 x 30, otherwise we wouldn't get 900 - so a change is not out of the question here. All rooms would gain, and the granny flat would actually be bright! Who would want to move in there except mother-in-law? As a tenant, I wouldn’t want to pay for that.

Well then ... I stink, but don’t get me wet. I wouldn’t want to be your architect.
