So this bedroom in the granny flat is just hell. I don’t even understand why it was planned that way. Then the guest room will simply be made wider and become the bedroom. This tiny toilet + pantry will be converted into a small bathroom. The bathroom will be designated as the utility room. The kitchen will go where the bedroom is now and the walls will be torn down. All clear?

But it’s hardly worth it if the main apartment still looks so awful.

Good morning,

all the rooms should find their place. That is the difficulty without everything becoming too small. :-(

My main problem is the small kitchen in the floor plan apartment.

I want a (Flucht) from the entrance to the end of the living room. I cannot swap the kitchen with the bedroom because I have the gallery above the bedroom and the space above the kitchen open (I want).

I am looking forward to more tips, hopefully some nice words as well. [emoji6]

... you write that the drawn-in furniture does not meet the requirement. Then first change that. Maybe one or the other idea will then become clear.

And, I once asked if single-story is mandatory .. even though you still have the gallery. Maybe something can be gained there as well.

And, I note that although all the words are very critical, they have all been politely phrased so far.

So, now let's take a look. Those who make an effort will recognize the plan... difficult to move with PS. You have to reposition the kitchen furniture yourself. The windows and patio doors as well.

I cannot change the furniture, that had to be done by the architect, I do not have the program.

A 1.5-story height is possible, but I want to build completely on one level (except for the [gallery]), which is why I specifically bought the large plot of land.

Aren't the walls between the residential units too thin anyway?
