Since the house is on the street, the living room, dining area and kitchen should face north, i.e. the garden side. All other rooms are planned on the street side. Knee wall 1.80, roof pitch 30 degrees. Bedrooms and bathroom also face the garden side. Pantry is currently hidden. However, we are considering integrating it into the utility room. Underfloor heating with heat pump. Photovoltaics also installed (west side)
