I have marked it for myself. The garage driveway and entrance are on the same elevation line but one floor apart. Something cannot work there. Does the driveway slope downhill? I wouldn’t plan that way with such a slope. Are there already sections or elevations?

Unfortunately, there aren’t any yet, or I do not have them. It is true that the entrance, to the left of the house, needs to be properly filled up. We hope to use the excavated material for this, at least that is the architect’s plan. The neighbors did something similar.

Where do you see the biggest problems or how would you approach it?

Attached is only a 3D view from the NW perspective.

Has the eastern neighbor already built? Then pictures would be helpful.

As the simplest solution, I would swap the garage and office. That way you gain at least 1 m and then don’t need 20 steps to the entrance.

He is currently working on it, pictures should not be a problem :)

How high is the neighbor building to the west? What is the view into the valley? Perhaps the house should be shifted northward along the contour line. This makes the driveway into the garage a bit longer (thus less slope) and the neighbor to the south is also farther away.

Is a ridge direction parallel or perpendicular to the street required?

To the west, there is no neighbor, we are the last plot and the view into the valley is unobstructed. Shifting the house north is certainly possible, but it would also mean additional costs for the earthworks, or am I mistaken? Although we would need the excavated material for backfilling anyway, unfortunately probably not the entire amount ... The ridge direction for us is parallel to the street but can basically be chosen arbitrarily.
