Here is just a rough and quick suggestion.

I would rotate the house along the contour line and, like , design it with only 2 levels. A rectangular cross-section of about 8*12.5m

Basement with utility room, wardrobe, 2 children's rooms, children's bathroom, entrance
Upper floor with bedroom, master bathroom, living and kitchen area
Attic to be converted into an office or guest room if money is available...

Carport if money is available on the north side

I understood your design like this. North is at the top

In my opinion, there is a neighbor to the southwest. At least a building plot. ?????

A neighbor to the southeast and, if you will, also a counterpart to the southwest. NW, N, NE clear view.

Well then, quickly move the terrace to the west corner. Best around the corner of the house, that way terrace space is created towards the southwest and northwest. That means sun on (parts of) the terrace from 11 a.m. until sunset!

Rotating the house also works with your design. It would optimize the earthworks and support measures.

Something like this. Basement at 443m, ground floor at 446m, upper floor at 449m

My suggestion with only 2 floors: basement at 443m, ground floor at 446m, and possibly attic at 449m

Why do you think the basement is significantly cheaper than the above-ground living space? Your basement is within the thermal envelope and partly includes finished living space. How should the utility room be equipped? There must be underfloor heating as well. The ceiling height should certainly be quite normal. Do you think slightly cheaper tiles and small/no windows result in such savings? For that, you pay, for example, additional costs for sealing compared to above-ground living space. I would estimate the basement at 80k plus the garage costs.

And how are the 50k in personal contributions composed? Do you have trades within the family?
