Finally a picture of the finished house. I like it very much. You built along the contour line. Which, if the OP does the same, can also turn out similarly nice.

The OP says BKL 5-6. So it could also become five-figure, but 10-99k is already a large range. You also had the driveway.

If the OP doesn't have to buy in or dispose of anything, it will land in the lower range. SM aside.

Sorry, my mistake, I somehow always only count the zeros. By the time the finished floor slab with driveway was done, it was ultimately 6-figure -
with a 3 in front.

If you don’t orient your favorite spot towards a screen, but towards your view, you are at the goal. Alternatively, you create 2 cozy spots in the room, but there is a bit of a lack of space for that. Another solution could be swivel furniture, so you can look out or in at times.
