At the bed, I would make the bedside lamps switchable from the door and the bed (for comfort)
More important is to be able to switch spatially from the bed. But still a good tip.

Yes, same here. Standby power is not an issue if the devices are not about 10 years old. Peanuts.

I see it the same way. If you’re doing it new, then right away according to needs (plus possibly some buffer). But I wouldn’t want to overdo it either; sockets don’t look all that great, and they’re not free either. Some people get charged quite a bit by the general contractor. Especially at the TV furniture I would find a switch helpful, if the sockets are not enough, but it’s bearable since it can disappear invisibly in the furniture, as well as the power strip.
